The 13th International Tool Fair, which was held in Split (Croatia) from 12 to 16th of November , has been a great opportunity and experience, contributing to my personal and professional growth. It allowed me to reflect on myself, to improve the tools I have been already using (dance) but also to enrich my toolbox in regard to youthwork and non-formal learning by discovering new tools and methodologies such as theater of the oppressed and playback theater. I met and connected with people from various backgrounds, shared practices and exchanged opinions not only on professional but also on social and political topics. The people there inspired and empowered me to keep going and to devote more myself in the fields of youthwork, personal and social development.

I would like to express my gratitude to the organization team of the event and all the presenters who shared their ideas with us. The 13th International Tool Fair has really been an astonishing experience for me, helping me realize the power and the role of arts, science and motivation in people.
