MOMentum Project Result 1 consists of a gamified role model education methodology. 

The research in all partners’ countries covered the following topics: status of mothers on the labour market, respectively their employment conditions and and maternity leave compensations; 2. status of Vocational Education and Training VET for enabling mothers to acquire knowledge, skills, and certifications; and 3. entrepreneurship, both knowledge acquisition and practical business management. 

All partners were equally invested in the research process in their respective countries. Afterwards, they co-created the methodology based on the needs of the target group identified throughout the national research processes. Upon completion, PR1 methodology is a collection of relevant, updated information concerning MOMentum main target group: mothers. The final methodology is a transnational data collection with specific country indicators that allow MOMentum partners to come up with tailor-made, targeted solutions in the next implementation phases of the project to help mothers in their entrepreneurial journeys.
