The main objective of “O2- Learning training guide for basic skills of people working in the field of tourism” is to introduce deaf, hard of hearing or hearing young people to the main skills and concepts in tourism. Additionally O2 will create a framework for the scenario of the serious game. Moreover the guide will strengthen the skills and competences of youth trainers and young people. 

The Learning Guide will explore: 

-Different enterprises in the field of tourism (eg. hotels, transportation, sightseeings, museums, resorts etc) 

-Different careers in each category 

-Main skills concerning each category 

-Examples of main dialogs interpreted in each career , in terms of communication with deaf or hard of hearing people

D. Specification of the most customer referred careers in tourism 

E. What accessible tourism means and ways of making tourism accessible
