Senior Project Manager – Researcher

Natasha Andronikou is a Senior Project Manager and Researcher at the Department of Global Education, Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs at Citizens in Power (CIP), coordinating, supervising and implementing interdisciplinary projects (KA2+; HORIZON EU) on inclusive educational methodologies, socio-emotional learning (SEL), disability inclusion, participatory research and the democratisation of research practices, Citizen Science, Digital Actions, and participatory models in mental health and technological innovation. Natasha Andronikou is the ECS Citizen Science Ambassador in Cyprus.


Natasha has obtained a BA in Classical and Historical Archaeology and an MA in European Historical Archaeology from the University of Sheffield (UK). As a PhD Candidate and University Graduate Teacher, she has been actively involved in research, developing and delivering course material for undergraduate and postgraduate level students, with a research focus on the constructions of socio-political and gender identities, and the representation of marginalised groups. She has participated in archaeological research projects/excavations (Geophysical/Topographical survey, data collection, finds processing) and activities that aimed at facilitating community engagement in archaeological research practices (Archaeology Festivals, UK), exhibitions (Featured Researcher, The Image Speaks, Faculty of Arts and Humanities Exhibition), and provided educational activities in museum spaces for public engagement.
