The Santiago Chamber of Commerce is a Public Law corporation, whose main mission is the representation and defense of general economic interests. The Chamber has, therefore, a transversal character, being empowered by law to carry out those activities and services that are necessary for the representation, promotion and defense of the general interests of commerce, industry, services and navigation of the companies of its territorial demarcation.
