Advancing policies that support new business formation and low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs is a critical component of asset-building advocacy. In the current economic environment, these policies are even more important as entrepreneurship is, for many unemployed citizens, the best opportunity to recover. Indeed, starting a business allows these individuals to create their own new jobs.

Entrepreneurs who want to start new businesses and create more jobs should have access to as much help as possible”. The promotion and development of youth entrepreneurship schemes by the provision of small grants to young people will facilitate the development of business ideas for young people.
