Project Researcher-Manager
Dr. Natassa Stylianou – Panayi has taught English as a Foreign Language for 20 years in private schools and was until recently an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Nicosia. She is a certified Adult Trainer by HRDA in Cyprus, a teacher trainer and an oral examiner. She holds a PhD in Education and a Master’s in TEFL. Her research interests focus on teaching and education; how to train teachers to motivate their students in learning foreign languages by using innovative methods based on constructivism approach. During the past years she has published papers in relation to motivation and code-switching, has participated in international conferences and has also joined as a speaker and attended several teaching training seminars. She is a full member of IATEFL and a board member of CyTEA. She is now a Project Researcher-Manager at CIP-Citizens in Power where she researches and manages different European Projects like Erasmus KA2 calls and Horizon ones.
