UCLan

C.I.P. Citizens in Power and UCLan agreed to collaborate under the following main objectives:

 

Exchange of information

1.1 The UCLan Cyprus will inform C.I.P about its current research activity in the areas as mentioned above. C.I.P will inform UCLan Cyprus regarding its current and future projects in areas of potential collaboration.

 

Joint research and know-how transfer projects, in areas such as, but not limited to:

Social Innovation
Education, STEM
Entrepreneurship and sustainable development

 

Project Agreements/Exchange of Services, in areas such as, but not limited to:

Consulting
Co-organising events on themes of common interest at parties’ premises. Coordination and pricing on such events are to be discussed with Events Coordinators of UCLan Cyprus and C.I.P.

 

The two parties agree to collaborate under the following objectives:

 

C.I.P. can provide upon availability or discretion:

3.1 General guidance concerning proposals of the European Union.

3.2 Networks that lead to collaborations with the most prestigious research organizations and enterprises in Cyprus and abroad.

3.3 Well-organized trainings and other educational activities, including online/e-learning trainings/formal and non-formal education.

 

UCLan Cyprus is able to provide upon availability or discretion:

3.4 Opportunities for C.I.P Members and Staff to obtain scholarship at UCLan Cyprus under the C.I.P’s programs such as ‘Volunteer of the Year’, ‘C.I.P’s Young leader’and Compost initiative

3.5 Special rates for renting the facilities of UCLan Cyprus

3.7 Opportunities for UCLan Cyprus students to acquire practical exercise in the form of a short-term internship at C.I.P. Also provide opportunities for UCLan Cyprus graduates to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (www.erasmus-entrepreneurs.eu )
