Practice Makes Perfect Report

I feel glad to write this short report about my experience about Erasmus+ Project Practice Makes Perfect in which took place at Zawoja, Poland on 26 October – 1 November 2015. This whole experience, right from the time I meet the first participants till writing this final report, will always remain of great importance for my entire life. I have prepared a short summary of different stages or steps involved so you will get a glimpse of this wonderful experience. I have divided my experience in the following different phases.

Housing:

The accommodation part was very well managed by the organizers. The rooms in the hostel were shared by two people from different nationalities which helps us get closers with participants from different countries. The rooms were cleaned and  we have been provided with everything needed. The food was very nice and I got the experienced to learn more about the polish cuisine.

Sessions:

The Erasmus+ project was about entrepreneurship. Every day we had different sessions about   entrepreneurship. The sessions were very different from the ones we had in university. We learned a lot important things about entrepreneurship in a fun and unique way. Except from the main task of the project, I have understood the importance of teaching in a unique way in order to keep the interest of the participants, especially using non-formal methods.

Conclusion:

I will conclude by stating that this was undoubtedly a unique and life changing experience for me. Every moment was full of learning and fun. Apart from my contribution in the training, I consider myself to be the ‘party soul’ of  this Erasmus+ programme, which I am fortunate to participate in,

I thank the organizers, Citizens in Power NGO and participants from the bottom of my heart for providing me the opportunity learn and become a better youth worker.
