LeaderSEEDS is a two-year project that started on March 2021. The six organizations that form this partnership are the Institute of Community Safety (UK), Momentum (Ireland), the Vilnius Technical University (Lithuania). Dramblys (Spain), Domhan Vision (Germany) and Citizens in Power (Cyprus).

The project was created as a response to the need to increase the digital competences of the Third Sector, in the post Covid-19 era.

As access to training related to professional leadership and digital competencies is key to achieve this goal, the partnership will provide chief executives and senior managers of the Third Sector with appropriate and up-to-date training tools on Digital Leadership and Digital Transformation.

TARGET GROUPS:

The target audience of the project are professionals in the third and voluntary sector, and more particularly Senior managers and CEOs, who would like to increase their digital competences.

OUTPUTS:

The Project will develop a Digital Leadership Development Training Programme and a Digital Leadership Centre.
